The Ukrainian Institute of America hosts translator Mark Andryczyk for a discussion of his work on Yuri Andrukhovych’s Radio Night as part of their 2026 European Literature Night.
European Literature Night is an annual celebration of contemporary European literature, bringing together acclaimed authors, translators, publishers, and readers to discover new writing from across the continent. Through literature in translation, ELN opens a window onto different cultures, experiences, and perspectives while creating new connections between European writers and American audiences.
Presented by Czech Center New York and EUNIC New York, this year’s edition brings together writers from 14 European countries for an evening of literature, conversation, and exchange at the Ukrainian Institute of America.
The event is free and open to the public. RSVP here.
