'I Liked Rex': Diane Williams with Rita Bullwinkel – San Francisco

City Lights Bookstore hosts Diane Williams, “the godmother of flash fiction" (The Paris Review), for a reading and discussion of her new book I Liked Rex, a collection of thirty-six cunning, captivating short stories about the mysteries of life and the human heart, out from NYRB Classics this fall.

Williams will be joined in conversation by Rita Bullwinkel, contributing editor at NOON, Assistant Professor of English at University of San Francisco, and author of Belly Up, a story collection that won the Believer Book Award.
